We have been made aware of a recent increase in Internet Banking phishing incidents, whereby a clone will be made of an Internet Banking site and customers will be directed to this fake site. 

May we please remind our customers of the following guidelines to help protect you while online.

• We will never ask you to enter your full details to log in.
• Always access internet banking by typing www.caterallen.co.uk into your web browser and logging on via our website. 
• Double-check that you are on the correct www.caterallen.co.uk site before clicking on the Internet Banking link.
• Never try to enter Internet Banking from a link in an email.
