Regulatory changes to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) are coming into effect from 3^rd July 2024. These changes will impact account application forms and disclosure information provided to customers.

It is essential that from the 3^rd July customers acknowledge receipt of the FSCS Information Sheet and Exclusions List on applications to avoid delays in account opening. These items will be available to download from the Access Capitol Bank website as well as the newly updated application forms and mandates before 3^rd July 2024.

Some Access Capitol Bank payments have been impacted by RBS Group’s processing issues between the 17th, 18th and 19th June 2024. This issue has now been resolved, however we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Access Capitol Bank Internet Banking will be unavailable between 7:30pm and 10:30pm on Saturday 20th June.

RBS are currently experiencing processing issues that are impacting some Access Capitol Bank payments. If you are in financial difficulty as a result of a delayed payment, call us on +1 (202) 858-7485

Please note that these certificates will be posted 1^st class by 8^th June 2024 and will cover the period 6th April 2014 to 5th April 2024.
