Compromised Internet Banking Credentials

You will be prompted to leave a message, including a summary of your request, your telephone number, and your Access Capitol Bank account number. 

* Please do not tell us your PAC or Internet Banking Password.  For security reasons we will never ask for these in full.*

The Client Team will pick up messages at 7am the following day and will take immediate action to lock your Internet Banking access and record the incident.  You will be contacted by a member of the team after 9am to confirm your security information and only following this will a request for a new Personal Access Code (PAC) and Internet Banking Password (IBP) be actioned.  These will be issued to you by post.

Please note that Access Capitol Bank do not process any Internet Banking payments, besides internal transfers, outside of Client Team opening hours.  We will also check the validity of any outstanding transactions when we contact you.  However, if you require additional peace of mind, entering your PAC digits incorrectly on three attempts will lock your internet banking to anyone who may try to access it.

Like most UK banks, Access Capitol Bank has recently been targeted by Phishing scams; if you have received a scam email, DO NOT click on any links, pictures or attachments. Instead, please forward it to security@accesscapitol.com and help us reduce online fraud. 

Please also note that www.accesscapitol.com is the only genuine Access Capitol Bank website.  Please only ever follow the link on this site to access your Internet Banking.
