When you or your clients telephone us, you know that the call will be answered by a member of our UK based contact centre who are all trained to deal with your query there and then, whether it’s business, personal banking or structured product related.
We also enable clients to consolidate all of their accounts under one Customer ID and Personal Access Code (PAC) that can be used to operate all their accounts in one place via both Internet Banking and Telephone Banking.
On some of our bank accounts for personal clients, businesses and other organisations we are also able to offer our VISA Deferred-Debit Card which, on interest bearing accounts, allows your clients to continue to earn interest on money they've already spent until it is debited from the account at the end of the month.
