Telephone Banking

Our Telephone Banking Service connects all of our intermediaries and clients to our UK based, friendly and knowledgeable team, real people that everyone can speak to - not automated responses. 

For our financial intermediaries, our Executive Team is available between 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday allowing you to speak directly to someone about any queries regarding your client's applications or accounts.

For clients, our Client Team is available between 7am and 11pm, seven days a week and all of our agents are trained to deal with personal, business and specialist accounts in one phone call and we aim to solve your query while you’re on the line.

Clients can use the Telephone Banking Service to check their balance, make transfers between accounts, pay bills and set up Direct Debits or Standing Orders.

For clients, we also provide a 24-hour automated telephone service that provides secure and quick access to account details whenever they are needed. Existing clients can call us on Freephone

  • Check your account balance(s)
  • Check debits and credits since your last statement
  • Order a statement
  • Order a new chequebook (certain Sterling accounts only)
  • Order a new paying-in book (Sterling accounts only)
  • Change your Personal Access Code
  • Opt to be transferred to one of our Client Team between 7am and 11pm (UK time)
