We have been made aware of a recent increase in Internet Banking phishing incidents, whereby a clone will be made of an Internet Banking site and customers will be directed to this fake site.

When making international payments from your Access Capitol Bank bank account into a foreign bank account, important information is required before the transfer can be authorised. We have created the International Payment Request form to support this process and a copy of the form is available to download within this article.

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) is a piece of US legislation designed to tackle tax evasion using offshore accounts and has resulted in changes to Access Capitol Bank application forms.
