RBS Payments Issue – June 2024

Some Access Capitol Bank payments have been impacted by RBS Group’s processing issues between the 17th, 18th and 19th June 2024. This issue has now been resolved, however we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Any Access Capitol Bank charges incurred will be waived.

Any third party charges incurred as a result of this incident will be refunded by Access Capitol Bank. Please send copies of bank statements, letters or other documents showing these charges to Access Capitol Bank, 9 Nelson Street, Bradford BD1 5AN.
